Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Lay flat to dry so it keeps its shape.
Shipping & returns

Knitted just for her, so it takes a little longer. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for the sweater to be knitted before it ships (9 to 16 business days in November and December). After dispatch, allow another 7 to 9 business days for delivery. Orders over $99 USD qualify for free shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Because the item is personalized/custom and knitted especially for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once knitting has begun.

We still want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a production mistake, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Shipping to Europe: We're a small design team in Norway, and every piece is made to order by our print partners in Europe and the US. For EU orders, import VAT is paid at checkout, so you normally pay nothing extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, contact us and we'll help.

How long does shipping take?

Each sweater is knitted just for you after you place the order, so good things take a little time. Allow 7 to 12 business days for the knitting, then USPS does their thing and you'll have it 7 to 9 days after it ships. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way so you can follow it all the way to the bach weekend.
Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide, so the girls can order no matter where the bach is happening. Shipping rates and times vary by location: check our shipping policy for the details specific to your area.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes! Once your order ships you'll get a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way, right to your door and into the group chat.
