Good Things Take Time

Every Vowed product is made to order just for your group - so there's a little time between your order and your front door. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 2–7 business days. Custom and personalised orders may take up to 7 business days before shipping.

Delivery Times

• Domestic (US): 2–5 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance

Free Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $99 - US and international

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package all the way to the bach weekend. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days please contact us at support@vowed.store.

A Note on Group Orders

Ordering matching tees for the whole squad? Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages since we use different print partners. Don't panic if one arrives before the others - they're all on their way.
