Good Things Take Time
Every Vowed product is made to order just for your group - so there's a little time between your order and your front door. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Every order is made for you and ships within 3 to 5 days. Knitwear is knitted to order and takes longer; each knit product page shows its timeline.
Delivery Times
- Domestic (US): 3 to 5 days after shipment
- International: a little longer, depending on the destination and customs clearance
Free Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders over $99, US and international
- Free shipping when you buy 3 or more tees
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package all the way to the bach weekend. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days please contact us at support@vowed.store.
A Note on Group Orders
Ordering matching tees for the whole party? Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages since we use different print partners. Don't panic if one arrives before the others - they're all on their way.
