Products personalised with a name, date, location, or custom text are made to order just for you and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Before placing a custom order please double-check:

  • Spelling of names, locations, and dates
  • Size selection for every member of the squad
  • Colour choices

Look, we want you to love your merch. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong - that's on us and we'll make it right.

Here's the deal:

  • Got something damaged or defective? Full refund, no questions asked
  • You have 30 days from delivery to let us know
  • Send a clear photo of the issue and your order number
  • Email us at support@vowed.store - we're actual humans who respond
